Shipping Policy

CelebsFit abides by the following stated Shipping Policy. Our policy is customer friendly not only ascertaining a streamlined & fast-track delivery worldwide but also it is meant to depict a clearer picture so that you know everything before you shop with us.

  • All the orders are shipped within 7-9 business days and it is our standard Shipping & Handling time. For custom orders, our Shipping & Handling time is 12-15 business days.
  • We ship the orders worldwide using services of world’s some of the best couriers i.e. FedEx, DHL, SkyNet and etc. We dispatch the parcels using the Express Service through which you can always track the latest status of the parcels at any stage.
  • We do not make the delivery to P.O Boxes / APO / FPO addresses; therefore, please provide us your complete physical address for having your parcels dispatched. Also, please do provide your contact number so that we can contact you anytime we need to for giving you any update with regards to your order.
  • Subsequent to the customers’ requests, we opt-in to declare the monetary value of the parcel at an undervalued amount OR by marking your parcel as a ‘Gift Item’ to avoid your parcel from being levied with custom duties and taxes. NOTE: Please contact us at customer.service@celebsfit.com for more information in this regard.
  • Once an order is successfully placed & it is updated in our database, our system will automatically generate you an Order Confirmation email. If for any reason, you do not receive the Order Confirmation email, please feel free to email us at customer.service@celebsfit.com.
  • When the courier attempts to deliver the parcel to you and if, for whatsoever reasons, you are not able to collect the delivery, it shall be held by the courier. In that case, we would notify you & you would be required to contact your local courier vendor for the delivery reattempt.
  • Note: After the lapse of considerable time, the courier would opt-in to ship the parcel back to its origin, if you do not make a contact for delivery reattempt. In this case, you may be required to pay any additional duties, shipment and/or handling charges imposed by the vendor coupled with one side shipment fee for having the order re-shipped again to you.
  •  We are a cost leader & it is only conceivable to have our operations relocated offshore practicing a successful business level strategy of globalization; therefore, you should be ready to acknowledge the parcel shipped from any part of the world.
