Question: How does the pricing work?
Answer: The price stated is the current selling price of the product. Also, we do give away discount offers; therefore, the strikethrough price becomes the old price & the price stated becomes the current price of the product.


Question: Where does your store ship the orders from?
Answer: To become a cost-leader in the industry; CelebsFit has successfully outsourced its operations globally. Our warehouses & facilities are dispersed offshore. Primarily, you must anticipate the shipment of the orders from Middle East, Asia, Europe and United States & secondarily, the shipment may arrive from any part of the world.


Question: Do we accept orders outside of the US?
Answer: Yes we do! And in fact we do appreciate the International customers to visit our store and to shop with us. It has always been our privilege to serve our valued customers at the endless frontiers.


Question: How can I make the payment of my order to you?
Answer: Ascertaining your convenience, we accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Master and American Express cards.


Question: While placing my order, should I “Checkout as Guest” or “Register an account”?
Answer: You can conveniently checkout by either of the ways but we recommend you to checkout with “Register an account”. Once you have registered an account with us, you would be availing features like faster checkout, saving multiple shipping addresses, accessing your order history, tracking your order, saving items to your wish list and etc.

 

Question: Where can I find for information about the order placed?
Answer: We send Order Confirmation email with all details with regards to the order. Also, if you checkout with a registered account, you can find all the details with regards to the order over there too.


Question: Can I make changes my order after I have successfully placed one?
Answer: Yes you can but its application is only limited to the first 24 hours of the order placement only.

Question: How long will it take my order to arrive?
Answer: Upon shipment, usually the domestic US orders take about 3 to 4 business days and internationally, the delivery time may vary between 7 and 8 business days depending upon the your destination.
